Sneeky peek samples

Just popped on to thank everyone who has been visiting my blog and big (hugs) to those who have left such lovely comments :)

Just on my way out now to go to the dress shop in the village for a prom dress for my DD's prom. When we get back hopefully Pickles can 4get about the curtain monster for long enough to nap today so I can get on with my drawing. Also hoping to actually get down to making some sample cards etc over the next few days or so of my stamp images. Hoping to pop some new free images on my blog again very soon too :)So please keep on checking back :)

Got behind with my digital art stamp site because I have been so busy so I need to get back into that too. So I can hopefully launch it in the next few weeks. My OH is working from home today, so Pickles will probably not take advantage as much and I can get on. Got tons of washing and housework to do too and gardening. There just aren’t enough hours in the day.Anyhoo......... I'll hopefully be nipping back on here later, so see you then :)

New digital art stamp website to launch very soon

Oooooops knew I 4got to mention something. As some people may already know I have been thinking about setting up my own website selling digital art stamps, digital scrapbooking and card kits, 3D decoupage, templates and CD ROMS etc for quite a while now.

Don't worry I will still be providing free images too :)

Well the kogs have well and truly been put into motion and it is almost ready to launch. Which I am utterly ecstatic about. I will be releasing some more details regarding it and some sneeky peeks when I am a little more compus mentus over the next week or so LOL.

Just off to bed now. Had a couple of glasses of red wine and a relax for a change. My OH is back now so if the curtain monster rears it's ugly mush again in the early hours he can blinkin do the honours LOL. I am so tired now so I am going to retire to the land of nod.

As I said I have had a glass or three of the old vino so you must excuse my poor grammar and spelling mistakes as I am sure I have made some. Oh know I am my own worse enemy I am rambling on again LOL

Back to the reason for this post. I would just like to say a big thenk you again to all who have visited and download Tarquin The Tree Frog and Chuckle Monkey today, I have been overwhelmed by the response. I checked back into crafty blogs just b4 midnight to see how many unique hits I have had today and to my sheer astonishment it was 196 and I've already had a further 9 visitors since midnight. So thank you all once again and please bookmark me and check back again very soon as another member of the gang will be introducing themselves to you very soon. With another poll as with Tarquin to choose his/her name. Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I haven't had that many, almost though. Very nearly gave it away then LOL

Wow, I couldn't believe my eyes just when I logged onto Crafty Blogs and discovered that I have had 132 unique hits already today (beaming from ear to ear) thank you so much. So thanks to everyone on here that has visited me today (throws lovey kisses out at ya in bucket loads)

Apologies but the Chuckle Monkey images have been removed :( The good news is they are going to be released as rubber stamps :), along with him in many,many more poses and some never seen before images that are to be released very soon. Hurray (grins immensely)

So very soon you will be able to stamp Chuckle Monkey and other images directly onto your projects :)

Don't worry though he will be being replaced very soon with more free images :)

Ok just a quickie (ooo er) I am in the middle of watching Question Time. Yes as mad as it may seem to some I love the programme. I want to get back to it as Jerry Springer of all people is one of this weeks quests. Saying that he was a Governer in the US many moons ago if I remember rightly. For those from overseas QT is a UK political discussion/dedate show. I know, I now I am supposed to be in a hurry and I am rambling on aa=gain LOL, rant over :)


I have a folder full of art images to go through and sort out and scan in, I have been so lazy of late, sorry for taking so long to upload some more. Worzel Gummidge has nothing on me LOL

Afternoon everyone :)

Finally after an hour battle (scowl,) Pickles has given in and gone down for a nap. Had an awful night again last night with him he finally went to sleep at 1.30am but was up at exactly the same time as yesterday 5.40. I wasn't going to give in this time and get him up. I went in several times and in the end gave him a bottle of milk to drink in his cot and then went back to bed and literally sandwiched my head between four huge pillows. I couldn't sleep but at least there was silence for a while LOL.

I can't remember the last time I made anything I have been so dog tired with my OH away all of the time and Pickles refusing to sleep and a stroppy teenager to contend with arrrrrgggghhhhhh I needed that, I feel a bit better now :)

Just had some good news my OH is heading back from Gloucester at 4pm so he should hopefully be home for bed time, traffic willing. I am going to go to sandwich my head between four pillows again in bed when he gets in and he can sort them out LOL

Just off to the greenhouse to water my tomatoes, chillies, peppers, aubergines, cucumbers and melons and water the hanging baskets. When I came back earlier from dropping little miss temperamental of at her friends I happened to glance at the front garden. When on earth did all of that grow! I have been that busy and tired and it's been chucking it down the past couple of days I hadn't even noticed LOL. The air was filled with an overwhelming yummy smell of old roses pure unadulterated heaven arrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

That was until of course my nose started to twitch and my brain came to the realisation that I hadn't taken any hayfever tablets today.It then past the message quicker than lightening down to my nostrils achoooooooooo. I haven't stopped sneezing since; I look like blinkin Rudolph for Pete’s sake. I caught a glance at myself in the bay window and frightened myself half to death. I had a scruffy t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms on my grey skin and hollow drawn eyes streaming and nose twitching from the hayfever and my heeeeeeeeeeeeeeed. Well Worzel Gummidge has got nothing on me today I look like I have been dragged through a hedge backwards. A dirty great big one at that, Leylandi sized with no word of a lie. I live in an area of the‘ladies what lunches', all perfect and ST Tropet’ed to within an inch of their lives and I looked like a vagrant trying to break in. I have to get myself and Pickles sleeping sorted this is ridiculous.

I've told my OH I am booking myself in for a major rehaul in a couple of weeks time, facial, massage, eyebrow shape, manicure, pedicure, haircut the entire shebang and I demanded new clothes too. I think he recognised I was a slowly going deranged woman on the edge and smiled and simply said "yes, do it, you deserve it" ehhhhhhhhhhh ????????

What’s all that about then? Agreeing with me (confused) "no, not another craft mag" he declared last week when I asked him to pick me the latest copy of Let's Knit for the Grande ole price of £4.99 from the supermarket.! Men, eh and they say we are hard to work out.

I am being hailed now by Master Pickles informing me at the greatest of decibels to rescue him from the curtain monster so I must go for now. I’ll hopefully be popping back on later to upload a few things when my OH gets back.

New download

Hi everyone and once again thank you very much for visiting my blog :)

I have been run off my feet again this week with my OH being away all week again and I have a terrible cold with hayfever on top and it's too hot!!! Phew moan over.

I am hoping to start on some roman blinds over the weekend and some bags, cosmetic purses and other bits and bobs. The greenhouse looks like a jungle, I have so much to plant out, so hoping to fit some gardening in too.

I will be adding a new download over the weekend too so please bookmark me and keep checking back often :)

Phew, got there in the end. Finally tracked the printer cable down. I've been run off my feet with the children with my OH being away on business and I am soooooo tired. So apologies for not uploading this image earlier :)

As with the first Chuckle Monkey art download (which can be found under the Meet Chuckle Monkey post) PLEASE refrain from rocking his hammock as he has been an incredibe glutton and is libel to spew everywhere if you do, you have been warned LOL. I have warned him that I will be dragging him to next weeks Slimming World class if he continues to be such a glutton. He even ate the last of my Cadburys chocolate buttons and custard creams you know, honestly, he did, he did, naughty Chuckle Monkey :)

Please feel free to print him off for PERSONAL USES ONLY and re-size him but PLEASE,PLEASE I implore you DO NOT under any circumstances whatsoever mess with his bananas as he is very temperamental and libel to bite. New Chuckle Monkey art download

I should have uploaded a new Chuckle Monkey digital art stamp image yesterday evening but I got sidetracked. I have just nipped in for a cup of cha as I have been gardening in the rain (yes I am a tad mad) still got tons more re-potting to do including over 200 sunflowers, I kid you not, in the greenhouse and plant out my spinach and broccoli. Just done the chillies and peppers. So I shall upload the new image this evening when I'm done in the garden. So please check back again later.

Ok I am going to bore you to death with some gardeing pics now. Just harvested my first batch of cut n come again lettuce salad leaves. Sick to death of the price Sainsburys charge for their bistro salad, it is delishhhhhhhhhhh. They should be double the size in a weeks time.

Moning everyone :) Just a quickie (ooo er) another busy day ahead. So glad I took advantage of the glorious sunshine yesterday as it is dank, dark and miserable here today. I am hoping it will brighten up though as the air is warm. Off to mums n tots, back for lunch and a nap then off to stay and play. Hoping to finish Honey Bunny off tonight and some more circle dolls.

I know I know I have gone completely off the subject again. Jo must have had her card by now. So I am popping a few photo's on. There are four different sides to it
but I am on the laptop because my PC is being backed up and I only have a few pics on this machine.

Ok, ok, drone over LOL. I'd like to introduce you all to Chuckle Monkey. Ickle Pickle Pumpkin Pie's very first digital art stamp download. He will be gracing the screens of this blog on a regular bases in a variety of poses and scenes that's if I can keep him still long enough ; he can be very mischievous you know. He gives another meaning entirely to Monkeying around LOL.

Nicola J's (Enjay) chuckle monkey card

I've been awake for over an hour. "Mummy, Daddy, Mummy, Daddy" repeating over and over woke me from a well needed sleep due to a busy week and a late night. My DD is sleeping out at her friends so my OH slid out of bed with one eye shut and gave Pickles a bottle of milk. "that should give us five minutes to wake up" he said. It zonked him out he went back to sleep but I couldn't! So I came downstairs whilst everybody else was sleeping. I know I'll bug my daughter and txt'd her, no reply! So I thought I'd log onto my blog for a peeksy. See I am getting to the point now, gone all around the houses to do it I know. But hey I'm bored and up all alone at this god unearthly time on a Sunday morning.

Back to the point in hand. I discovered a message from Nicola (Enjay) and she had made a chuckle monkey card so I went to check it out. Wow Nicola what a gorgeous card, its fab, love the caption and of course your beautiful water colouring painting you know I am a fan of that I love it all.
